Kaplan Leadership and Professional Development have developed an innovative diagnostic tool to assess both technical competence and behavioural confidence for the Government Finance Academy. As part of the programme, individuals took a self-diagnosis of their technical finance and capability skills. They also received personalised feedback on their technical strengths by topic and their confidence.
